Osborne hints at EU referendum as Cameron bats away Merkel 'nonsense' demands for a European superstate
The Prime Minister has openly rejected the plan to save the eurozone from oblivion by forming a single Euro-country while Mr Osborne said a referendum would happen on any 'reshaped relationship' with Brussels.
