Police missed several chances to bring paedophile takeaway owner to justice after complaints of girls as young as 12 were not acted upon
A failure to act on complaints meant police missed opportunities to arrest Azad Miah, 44, the Bangladeshi paedophile and former owner of the Spice of India restaurant in Carlisle, a judge has said.
